Return Policy
4.1 - Your satisfaction is our number one priority which is why we offer 21 days return policy on all items.
We are so confident that you will be fascinated by your purchase that we offer a risk-free 100% money back guarantee with no restocking fees (except resized items) and no deduction of original shipping costs.
If purchase is not exactly as you expect or, for any reason, you aren't fully satisfied, you will receive a full refund upon the safe return of the item and after inspection in our laboratories.
4.2 - Once decided to return the item, you must notify us about it no later than 7 days from date of receipt. We will then send you an email with RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number and return instructions. You should print the email with the RMA and attach it to the package.
We will not accept packages without an RMA.
4.3 - The Item must be returned within 21 days of receipt. The customer must provide a tracking number via the "Contact" form or to novohombre@hotmail.com.
4.4 - All the return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be covered by him only.
4.5 - The item should be sent in its original package, new and unused with all the attached and documentations proving the item is a return (inc. copies of customs/vat documents). The buyer is responsible for returning the item in the same condition it was shipped.
4.6 - For the secure return of your order, we recommend using an upgraded courier service, such as FedEx, rather than regular mail. Make sure you can track your package and opt for signature confirmation. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at Novo Hombre offices, for quick and easy processing. We recommend insuring the package for your own protection. Novo Hombre is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
4.7 - The refund will be subjected to an examination of the returned item at Novo Hombre laboratories.

Resizing Policy
5.1 - Novo Hombre provides its customers more than just a regular resizing service: Every customer that doesn't know his finger size, can order a ring sizer for free. We will send it worldwide with no charges at all. In addition, we always recommend going to your local jeweler and trying on similar rings to find the most comfortable size.
5.2 - If for some reason, upon receipt of your ring it still requires resizing, we will be happy to receive it back in order to supply you a suitable item. In cases where resizing is impossible and a new item should be manufactured, we will supply it upon original supplying times (most item 4-7 weeks). You should contact Novo Hombre and ask for an RMA with the required size.
5.3 - Resizing is optional only for new and unused items.
5.4 - We resize only once, so it is the customer responsibility to check his finger size right from the start.
5.5 - Resizing delivery costs are on the responsibility of the customer, both sides.

Certificate of Origin
6.1 - Each Novo Hombre item comes with a Certificate of Origin, which shows the full details about your new piece. The certificate also serves as your warranty.
6.2 - A unique serial number is being engraved on each item and is also recorded in our firm's archive registers.

Our Warranty
7.1 - Your Novo Hombre jewelry is warranted for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, as specified on the Certificate of Origin, against any manufacturing defects under normal use, after such defects have been confirmed by our technicians. This limited warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear and tear, accidents or improper use.
7.2 - All warranties are voided if the item has been worked on (resized, repaired, setting adjustments, ring modifications, engraving and etc.) by another jeweler.
7.3 - Manufacturing process of Novo Hombre's items requires usage of latest technology and special human expertise. Therefore, for the safety of the items, all treatments regarding your item should be made only by Novo Hombre's experts.

Privacy Policy
Novo Hombre do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
